Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately remove the bot from your Discord server and discontinue accessing all dashboard endpoints.

You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction (at least 13 years old, or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions) and hold administrative authority over the guild being configured.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued utilization of Agni following posted changes constitutes full acceptance of revised provisions.

You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit bugs, overload bot worker threads, or attempt unauthorized access to our Redis/MongoDB clusters.

Automated command spamming, bot-on-bot looping, or rapid unauthorized API hammering is strictly prohibited and subject to automated ratelimit locks.

The bot shall not be configured to distribute malware, harassment, illegal pornography, copyright-infringing content, or promote hateful conduct.

You may not rent, resell, or sub-license access to the bot's features or dashboard APIs without prior written authorization from the creator.

The server owner is solely responsible for configuring bot role permissions properly. The bot can only protect assets placed below its highest assigned Discord role.

When Anti-Nuke thresholds are breached, the bot executes immediate punitive measures (kicks, bans, channel recreations) to neutralize hostile attacks.

Server owners assume complete liability for users designated on the Anti-Nuke or Extra-Owner whitelist. Actions by whitelisted staff will bypass defense checks.

Severe violations (DDoS attempts, bot raid flooding, exploiting security vulnerabilities) result in immediate, non-appealable server and user blacklists.

We may temporarily suspend shard connections or web dashboard sessions during scheduled maintenance or ongoing zero-day vulnerability patches.

Blacklisted server owners may submit a formal appeal through our Discord support server within 14 days of enforcement, provided no malicious infrastructure attack occurred.

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by Discord API disruptions, upstream ISP failures, or host cloud downtime.

We are not liable for accidental deletions, misconfigured automod kicks, or server modifications resulting from incorrect admin setup or compromised staff credentials.

We do not host or claim ownership of any third-party audio streams decoded via Lavalink. All copyright rests with their respective artists and platforms.
